Maximizes profits with the introduction of new customer centric FinTech/Digital solutions catered for local and cross-borders market segments with an array of products aligned with the cost effective long term strategy. Dharmesh is currently the Executive for Loyalty & Rewards at Nedbank. Dharmesh has successfully set up the rewards business at Nedbank which entailed developing and implementing a new & differentiated Greenbacks strategy/ program across the Retail business supported by the appropriate (new) technology, people processes and systems that also looks to leverage the Bank’s e-commerce platform (Avo).
