Arjit Mehrotra, Head of Human Resources – Landmark Digital GCC (Tech, Product & E-commerce), is a global HR practitioner with about 14+ Years of experience partnering with business leaders to achieve business excellence, drive change and digital transformation initiatives.
Before joining Landmark, he was associated with organizations like Softbank, Catamaran ventures and Religare Technologies.
He firmly believes that technology disrupts our world, and HR is no exception. The advent of mobile application-based HR systems, on-demand services and platform talent analytics, gig economy, sub-contracting, learning technology, etc. will call for significant upskilling by HR managers to keep their relevance intact. In addition, business immersion will be essential as technology frees HR’s bandwidth for erstwhile operational tasks.

 

Manish is a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. He had the privilege of working across multiple industries in start-ups, the established organizations in the Middle East, India & SE Asia with organizations like TATA STEEL & Consulting firm – Hay Group managing several large-scale transformation projects. Manish has 25 years of experience as HR consultant and leader. Armed with MBA – HR from Symbiosis, Pune and Post Graduate in Digital Transformation from Purdue University. He is a trainer and keynote speaker on FOW and Digitization of HR. As a consultant, he was involved in supporting over 70 organizations in BFSI, Govt., Infrastructure and Oil & Gas sector, developing HR strategy, operating model, HR transformation & change agenda. In his current role, he is driving the HR transformation, has been involved in M&A for the group. Manish’s key expertise lies in aligning & transforming end to end HR with business strategy. He is very passionate about digital HR, transformation & analytics.
